Orders
After your order is placed, you will be put on our production list. Our team will go down the list and when we reach your order we will notify you that your product has begun production. Prior to this you may call us to make changes to your order if you so chose. After production has begun you may not alter your order. Overall lead times vary based on demand but once your order hits production it should be completed within the next 30 days. Custom options and colors my extend this time due to product availability and powder coating lead times. Once your product is finished, you will be notified of shipping information and soon your new product will be on its way.
Returns Policy
While we strive to ensure all of our customers are happy, we understand that sometimes that is not possible. If you have any issues with your product please contact us and we will work with you to solve any issues
If you feel an item must be returned, all items must be unused and in the original packaging and the customer must contact us within 10 days of delivery to be eligible for return . A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the original sale price and return shipping falls on the responsibility of the customer. If the product has been mounted or used it is not in new, resalable condition it will incur a 25% restocking fee. Items that were customized to ANY degree are not eligible for return.
We strongly urge you to repackage the products with care and use a reputable shipping company with tracking and insurance.

Shipping
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
